Common questions about how setup runs.

Is the setup fee on top of the platform subscription?

Yes. White-glove is a one-time setup service ($249 / $499 / $999). Your monthly Beacon subscription is separate and starts when you go live.

What do you need from us to get started?

Your contact file (CSV or Excel), a rough description of the territories you want to canvass, and the names + phone numbers of the team members who need accounts. We'll fill in the rest on the kickoff call.

How fast is "48-hour turnaround"?

Two business days from kickoff call to live platform on Essentials. 24 hours on Professional. Same-day on Enterprise. Anything that takes longer than that, we'll tell you up front.

What if my contact list is messy?

That's normal — and it's why we do this. Duplicates, malformed addresses, missing fields, weird columns: we clean it up as part of the setup. No extra fee.

Can you write our scripts and surveys?

Yes — included on Professional and Enterprise. We'll get on a call, learn the program, and draft the door scripts and surveys for you. You review and approve before launch.

What if the team needs more than one onboarding call?

Essentials includes one 30-min call. Professional includes one 60-min recorded call. Enterprise includes two 60-min recorded calls. Past that, ongoing support runs through your Beacon subscription.

Can we add white-glove later?

Absolutely. Some teams self-serve, hit a snag, then bring us in to clean it up. Same setup options apply whenever you decide.
