AI Script Coach is a $29/mo add-on — works with any plan, including Starter. Same price as predictive door scoring (a separate $29/mo add-on). The reason it's separately billed: AI calls cost real money per request, and bundling them into the tier price would either inflate the platform price or cap your usage. Add it when you want it, drop it when you don't.
Live GPS + geofence alerts are available starting at the Growth tier ($103/mo annual). Starter still has offline mobile, walk lists, and the full door screen — just no live map of where canvassers are right now. If you need to see the team on a map mid-shift, Growth is the floor.

Beacon is a Progressive Web App. Canvassers open it in Safari or Chrome and tap "Install" — installs to the home screen, no app store. Works offline by default; syncs when signal returns.
Beacon walks doors. CampaignCNX+ sends SMS at scale. They sit in the same suite — same login, same billing — and contacts flow between them via webhook. A door disposition can kick off a CampaignCNX+ drip; an Alma chatbot lead can land in a Beacon walk list.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with the new contact ceiling. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
