Yes. The free trial lasts 14 days and does not require a credit card. It includes the Starter plan's features, so live GPS tracking and the AI Script Coach add-on are not part of the trial. That is enough time to set up a territory, import your list, and knock on a few doors before you decide.
Every account has real costs for us, including geocoding, hosting, and AI requests. The 14-day free trial gives you enough time to evaluate Beacon with your own list.
Each individual person in your contact database counts toward your tier limit, whether the record was imported, added by hand, or enriched.
No. Every plan includes unlimited canvassers, so you can add every volunteer without changing the price.
AI Script Coach is a paid add-on that works with any plan, including Starter. No plan includes it. AI Basic costs $29/mo ($23/mo billed annually) and includes 500 coaching requests a month, then $0.12 for each additional request. AI Advanced costs $99/mo ($79/mo billed annually) for heavier use. It is billed separately because each AI request has a real cost, and including it in the tier price would either raise the platform price or limit usage. You can add it for one effort and remove it between programs.
Live GPS tracking is available starting at the Growth tier ($103/mo annual). Starter still includes the offline mobile app, walk lists, the full door screen, and the live activity feed of door results, but not a live map of canvasser positions. On every plan, a canvasser's phone shows a warning when the canvasser is outside their assigned territory. If you need to see your team on a map during a shift, Growth is the lowest tier that includes it.
You pay as you go from a Stripe wallet. You add funds to the wallet, and each enrichment (phone, email, demographics) costs $0.10. There are no monthly credits to track, and the same rate applies on every plan.
Beacon is a Progressive Web App, a website that installs on a phone like an app. Canvassers open it in Safari or Chrome and tap "Install" to add it to the home screen, with no app store. It works offline by default and uploads records when the signal returns.
Beacon is for the work at the door. CampaignCNX+ is a separate texting product, with mass SMS, drip sequences, and a two-way inbox on its own plans and its own account. A door result in Beacon does not start a CampaignCNX+ text. Beacon door results, appointments, and contact status are added to the contact's record in CoreCNX.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with the new contact limit, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
